RxG PILLOW CANCEL/RETURN POLICY
Order Cancellation
All orders may be cancelled prior to shipment.
- We offer penalty-free cancellations within 24 hours of ordering.
- Cancellations beyond that time will incur a 30% Restocking Fee.
All refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.
Returns
Ineligible for Return
- Used or washed bedding (pillow and/or pillowcases)
Acceptable for Return
- New, unused bedding
- Original condition and packaging.
- Within 30 days of receipt
Return Policy
Unused pillows & cases may be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase.
All returned items must pass a manufacturing inspection before a refund will be issued, as we cannot accept returns of used bedding.
The customer is responsible for BOTH method and the cost of shipping and returning the item. (We do NOT provide either a shipper or labels.)

Once the item(s) are received and pass a manufacturing inspection, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment, minus a 30% Restocking Fee of the original item.
You will need a copy of your original receipt to be eligible for a return.
All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. For orders placed by credit card or PayPal, please allow 2-5 business days for funds to return to your account (once the item(s) has passed a manufacturing inspection), as processing times may vary by financial institution.
Shipping Costs
Pillow (with or without pillowcase)
Shipments will arrive in 10-14 days
- Within the continental US: $45 via UPS Ground
- Hawaii and Alaska: $125 via UPS
- All separate pillowcase orders: $10 via USPS Priority
