Order Cancellation 

All orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. All refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.

• We offer penalty-free cancellations within 24 hours of ordering.
• Cancellations beyond that time will incur a 30% Restocking Fee.

Returns

Ineligible for Return 

• Used or washed bedding is ineligible for Return. 

Acceptable for Return 

• New, unused bedding
• Original condition and packaging.
• Within 30 days of receipt

Return Policy

Unused pillows & cases may be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase. 

All returned items must pass a manufacturing inspection before a refund will be issued, as we cannot accept returns of used bedding.

Once the item(s) are received and pass a manufacturing inspection, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment, minus a 30% Restocking Fee of the original item. 

You will need a copy of your original receipt to be eligible for a return. 

All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. For orders placed by credit card or PayPal, please allow 2-5 business days for funds to return to your account (once the item(s) has passed a manufacturing inspection), as processing times may vary by financial institution.
