In addition to getting gravity on your side with the Reflux Gourmet Pillow, due to the anatomic configuration of your stomach and esophagus, sleeping on one’s left side can also reduce nighttime reflux.
The pillow is 35″x 28″ x 7″ and weighs 22 pounds, so your upper body is well supported. The size allows it to work for any bed size. Use of accessory pillows is optional.

- Spot clean cover with 1:3 vinegar & water solution
- Fibers should never remain damp
- Dry in the sun or with a hair dryer on low
- Sunlight works to naturally sanitize fibers, set outside as needed
