Consumable Product Order Cancellation

  • We will complete any request for cancellation if we are able to do so prior to shipment.
  • All refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.

Consumable Product Returns

  • We are unable to accept returns and/or exchanges for any of our consumable/perishable products.

Consumable Product Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping to the 48 contiguous states. U.S. Flat rate shipping of $9 to Alaska or Hawaii.

Reflux Gourmet Pillow Cancel/Return Policy

Due to the nature of these products, RETURNS & CANCELLATION are extremely limited. The Reflux Gourmet Pillow is designed to be LARGE (35” x 38” x 7”) and weighs 22 pounds. Please take the dimensions and weight of the pillow into account to ensure it suits your individual needs.

Pillow Order Cancellation 

  • All orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. 
  • We offer penalty-free cancellations within 24 hours of ordering.
  • Cancellations beyond that time will incur a 30% Restocking Fee.

All refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.

Pillow Returns

Ineligible for Return 

  • Used or washed bedding (pillow and/or pillowcases) 

Acceptable for Return 

  • New, unused bedding
  • Original condition and packaging.
  • Within 30 days of receipt

Pillow Return Policy

  • Unused pillows & cases may be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase.
  • All returned items must pass a manufacturing inspection before a refund will be issued, as we cannot accept returns of used bedding.
  • The customer is responsible for BOTH method and the cost of shipping and returning the item. (We do NOT provide either a shipper or labels.)

  • Once the item(s) are received and pass a manufacturing inspection, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment, minus a 30% Restocking Fee of the original item.
  • You will need a copy of your original receipt to be eligible for a return.
  • All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. For orders placed by credit card or PayPal, please allow 2-5 business days for funds to return to your account (once the item(s) has passed a manufacturing inspection), as processing times may vary by financial institution.

  • Hawaii and Alaska: $125 via UPS
