All orders may be cancelled prior to shipment.
We offer penalty-free cancellations within 24 hours of ordering.
Cancellations beyond that time will incur a 30% Restocking Fee.
All refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.

Return Policy
Unused pillows and cases may be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must pass a manufacturing inspection before a refund will be issued, as we cannot accept returns of used bedding.
The customer is responsible for BOTH method and the cost of shipping and returning the item.
(We do NOT provide either a shipper or labels.)
